二八法則(The 80/20 Rule)


⑴又稱為帕累托法則。例如,80%的公司利潤來自於20%的產品。


⑵有人相信宇宙存在著一條「二八法則」,比如說在一個超市裡,80%的銷售額來自於20%的商品;在一個辦公室裡,80%的工作成果來自於20%的員工等等。


假設有一位攝影師,他經營自己的攝影事業。起初,他對每一個客戶都投入了同等的時間和精力,但收入並不理想。後來,他了解到「二八法則」的概念,發現80%的營收來自於他最重要的20%的客戶。於是,他開始專注於這些重要客戶,提供更優質的服務和定制化的方案。


很快,他的業務開始蓬勃發展,他的收入大幅增加。他逐漸建立了一個忠實的客戶群,並獲得更多口碑推薦。最終,他成為了該地區最受歡迎和成功的攝影師之一。


⑶啟示:


①尋求捷徑,而非全程參與。在分配時間和資源時,要學會適當地委派和專注於關鍵事項。


②找出那些關鍵的20%,以達到80%的好處。識別出對業務或目標最有影響力的元素,並專注於優化和提升這些關鍵項目。


③抓住關鍵人員、關鍵環節、關鍵用戶、關鍵項目、關鍵崗位。

在團隊中,確保有合適的人才擔任關鍵角色;

在流程中,優化關鍵環節以提高效率;

在客戶群中,重點關注對業務成長最有貢獻的客戶;

在項目管理中,專注於關鍵項目的推進;

The 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle)

⑴ Also known as the Pareto Principle. For example, 80% of a company's profits come from 20% of its products.


⑵ Some people believe in the existence of the "80/20 Rule" in the universe. For instance, in a supermarket, 80% of the sales come from 20% of the products; in an office, 80% of the work output comes from 20% of the employees, and so on.


Let's consider a photographer who runs his own photography business. Initially, he invested equal amounts of time and effort into every client, but the income was not satisfactory. Later, he learned about the concept of the "80/20 Rule" and discovered that 80% of his revenue came from his most important 20% of clients. Consequently, he started focusing on these key clients, providing them with higher quality services and customized solutions.

Soon, his business began to flourish, and his income increased significantly. He gradually built a loyal customer base and received more word-of-mouth referrals. Eventually, he became one of the most popular and successful photographers in the area.


⑶ Insights:

① Seek shortcuts instead of being involved in every step. When allocating time and resources, learn to delegate appropriately and focus on key matters.


② Identify the crucial 20% to achieve 80% of the benefits. Recognize the elements that have the most impact on your business or goals and concentrate on optimizing and enhancing those key aspects.


③ Capture key personnel, key processes, key customers, key projects, and key positions.


In a team, ensure that suitable talents occupy key roles;


In processes, optimize critical steps to improve efficiency;


In the customer base, prioritize customers who contribute the most to business growth;

In an organization, ensure the smooth operation of key positions.
