史密斯原則 (the Smith Principle)的核心思想是"如果你不能戰勝他們,你就加入到他們之中去"。該原則強調了在商業競爭中,合作和競爭并存的重要性:

The core idea of the Smith Principle is "If you can't beat them, join them." This principle emphasizes the importance of the coexistence of cooperation and competition in business competition:
